Former students of The Barack Obama Green Charter Schools may use the online form below to request an official transcript.

Please provide complete and accurate information, including the full mailing address of the college, school, employer, organization, or other recipient. Incomplete information may delay processing.

Please allow up to one week for processing. A parent or guardian must provide authorization when the requester is under 18 years old.

After your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your request number and a copy of the completed form.
